Criterion Ticketing takes reasonable technical and organizational precautions to prevent exposure, misuse, or loss of your data. Your personal information is stored in a database hosted and maintained by a certified PCI compliant third party in a certified secure installation. All financial transactions entered through our website are protected by encryption technology. Criterion Ticketing cannot be responsible for the transmission of information over the Internet which is out of its control.


Criterion Ticketing exercises reasonable care in mitigating any potential issues associated with the operation of our website, including, but not limited to, utilizing security software applications, and employing computer consultants. We realize, however, that a multitude of technical issues can arise in our website operations. To this effect, Criterion Ticketing does not warrant that the functions contained on the website, will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected, or that Criterion Ticketing's web pages or ISP or server operations that host or transmit any web page or content contained thereon is free of viruses or other harmful defects.

COVID-19 Policies

In accordance with The Broadway League’s COVID safety policy, masks are encouraged but not required.

By purchasing a ticket to an event or by entering or by one’s presence in a Roundabout venue, a theatregoer agrees to abide by all COVID-19 safety protocols as determined by Roundabout Theatre Company at the time of the event. This could include but is not limited to mask-wearing, temperature checks, proof of vaccination, social distancing, mobile ticketing, and using credit cards to purchase concessions and merchandise. Theatregoer agrees to adjust any behavior as instructed by members of Roundabout Theatre Company staff should a staff member determine such behavior to be unsafe and request such an adjustment. Specific safety protocols will be listed on criterionticketing.com before performances and may be updated at any time.

By entering a Roundabout Theatre Company venue, theatregoer assumes all risks associated with entering a place of public gathering and voluntarily waives any and all claims and potential claims against Roundabout Theatre Company relating to COVID-19 or any other communicable disease or illness or that arise from or relate in any way to, however, caused, the risk of exposure or actual or alleged exposure to a bacteria, virus or other pathogens capable of causing COVID-19 or any other communicable disease or illness, in each case whether the actual or alleged circumstances giving rise to any claim or potential claim occur before, during, or after the event.



Tickets include a $2.00 facility fee and purchases are subject to non-refundable handling fees. Tickets purchased from unauthorized sources may be counterfeit or otherwise invalid; such purchases are made at your own risk. Your ticket(s) may not be copied or reproduced in any form. Your ticket(s) constitutes a revocable license, and the management reserves the right to refuse admission or revoke tickets at any time, for any reason. Accessible locations are only for ticketholders who require the features of those locations. Ticketholders seated in these areas who do not require these features may be relocated.

All patrons must have a ticket to enter the theatre. Please have your ticket available for inspection at all times. Your cooperation is appreciated. Children under the age of four will not be admitted.

The American Express Access program is available to all Card Members. Simply pay with your American Express® Card. Tickets are subject to the rules, terms & conditions, and fees set by the ticket seller, event promoter and/or the venue, as applicable.
